Application fee of $45.00 per adult occupant may be paid via Paypal to: info@carcoproperties.com and Venmo to: @MJoel-Carter

This fee may also be delivered to our office along with you completed application. IF EMAILING THE APPLICATION IT MUST SCANNED AND SENT AS A PDF, NO JPEG’S

A copy of your drivers license or state issued ID is required with all applications. Please provide most recent pay stub or bank statement for proof of income.  Email application and additional documents to info@carcoproperties.com or deliver them to our office. Please scan and send using a traditional scanner, no phone app’s.

Please provide us a copy of your tenant payment ledger from your past Landlord to verify rental history.

If you are a student an co-signer may be required. Co-signer will need to fill out a application, provide a copy of ID, proof of income and pay the application fee of $45.00

IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT LOCK ON YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IT MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO RUN A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Tenant FAQs

How do I pay my rent and when?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after the 5th. On the morning of the 6th there will be a 10% late fee assessed to your rent. For your convenience, we offer rent payments online as well as a drop box at our office for after-hours payments. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Tenants can make payments in a few different ways.

  1. Payment can be completed online! Simply log into your Tenant Portal, select Make Payment, and enter the necessary information. There is no service charge for online payments unless you use a credit card.
  2. Payment may also be mailed to: Carco Properties  Po Box 30322 Savannah, Ga. 31410
  3. Rent payments may be delivered to our office 7 days a week at any hour and placed in the PAYMENT DROP BOX. We do not accept cash payments.

 

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. The security deposit must be paid in full to move in.
